Update: According to the Mahayag Sanitary Inspector, 5 out of the 7 samples collected tested POSITIVE, and are therefore considered UNSAFE for drinking. 

A water analysis was done with the help of Mahayag Rural Sanitary Inspector Alvin Valle.  7 samples were taken from different water sources in Puroks 2 to 7. 

This is the first of many steps to be taken to ensure safety, protection and sanitation of identified and tested water sources. Appropriate actions shall be done in the future, with the help of the Barangay Council and RSI.
